What an amazing day spent at @calpers kicking off their 9th year of the Emerging Leader Program 🎉 We started the day with a Program Orientation for the entire group and introduced the framework for a “coach approach” to mentoring 💡 T
A beautiful, brisk sun-shiny winter day in the #PNW ☀️🌲🏔️ Drove from the Pennisula to Seattle and now heading back home ✈️ Not nearly enough time, but a wonderful visit full of memories, emotions, and so many hugs ❤️
